Dom, who initially took my booking was helpful and accommodating, and secured me a loan car. Natasha and Beth excelled on the actual service day and I was treated to smiles and a welcoming meet and greet. Very professional everyone, including Jill.

I have always had a good experience with this dealer. They are courteous and undertake servicing with care. When additional work is needed, they are never pushy but explain clearly what's needed and when.

The mechanics did a brilliant job. The young team managing the servicing all seemed very stressed for the first 45 mins and then seemed to relax a bit more and the usual positive experience I'd expect from Mini came through

Very good all round service. I was well looked after in the reception area. I had booked my first MOT and Brake Fluid change. This was carried out in allotted time slot. I also liked the short video of the vehicle inspection report.

I have had other branded cars and when it has come to servicing, it has been a nightmare, dealing with Sycamore Peterborough has been great, they have made it so much easier, with updates on what's happening to the car to when it needs collecting

Booking & drop off were easy. Update/video on my car came in at the time I was asked to collect vehicle. Following day service light still on in the car. I called and have to go back - a 15 mile round trip - to get that sorted.
